All tips and donations made through this platform are voluntary and final. Once a payment is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or disputed for any reason, including but not limited to accidental payments, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content. By sending a tip, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at the email/Discord below, but refunds are not guaranteed and are entirely at the creator's discretion.
1. Voluntary Contribution Nature
Payments made through this service are voluntary gifts and gratuities to support SebuPlayz's content creation, streaming equipment, software licenses, and community activities. Tips do not constitute the purchase of physical goods, financial investments, commercial services, or contractual deliverables.
2. Immediate Digital Fulfillment
Upon payment confirmation through peer-to-peer UPI via FamGateway:
- Your donation alert and message are broadcast immediately to the live stream overlay in real time.
- Neural Text-to-Speech (TTS) voice generation is rendered and vocalized on stream.
- Your profile is credited on the community leaderboard.
Because this digital service and live broadcast performance occur instantaneously and cannot be retracted once broadcast, transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions
Users must ensure they are the authorized account holder of the UPI ID, bank account, or payment instrument used to initiate tips. Attempting fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment claims, or chargeback abuse against peer-to-peer UPI payments violates our terms and may lead to permanent banning from SebuPlayz's community, stream chats, Discord server, and referral to payment security channels.
