By accessing or sending a tip via this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Nature of Tips & Donations

Tips made to SebuPlayz are purely voluntary gratuitous contributions. A tip does not establish any commercial contract, employment, agency, or partnership between the donor and the creator. No goods or commercial deliverables are exchanged for tips.

3. User Conduct & Message Guidelines

When submitting a tip message (which may be broadcast on stream and read aloud by Neural Text-to-Speech), you agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination.
• Contains unverified personal phone numbers, addresses, or private information (doxxing).
• Contains unauthorized commercial solicitations, scams, or spam links.

The creator and moderators reserve full discretion to mute, censor, or skip any message that violates community guidelines without liability or refund.

4. No Refunds Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all tips are completely final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain/banking network.
